ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is now hiring an IT Support Analyst for our Houston, PA Distribution Center.

The IT Support Analyst position is part of a team that provides first level onsite and remote technical assistance and support for ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages' distribution centers throughout the state of PA. This includes but is not limited to hardware, software, networks, telecommunications, office moves, and imaging/deploying PCs. Position will require regular travel throughout Western/Eastern PA to distribution centers. After hours and weekend work entailed on an as needed basis.



 



Job Responsibilities include:




  • Provide Level 1 desktop support via Service Desk (remote problem analysis and resolution)

  • Provide Level 2 desktop field support directly onsite for client problem resolution 

  • Managing helpdesk requests through company helpdesk request system. Properly escalate unresolved helpdesk tickets/issues to the next level of support

  • Utilize software distribution tools and standard desktop support tool

  • Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems

  • Maintain and deploy PC hardware, software, components, and peripherals

  • Support handheld computers i.e. MC6700

  • Troubleshoot issues with iPads, iPhones, and Android devices.

  • Project work as needed

  • Participate in an on-call rotation

  • Other duties as assigned



 



Qualifications:




  • Associates degree in IT or equivalent applicable experience 

  • Experienced desk side support for end users

  • Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette a must

  • Ability to travel to distribution centers throughout PA on an as needed basis

  • Intermediate knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals, installation and repair

  • Experience troubleshooting basic network, hardware, software, and printer problems

  • Previous experience with Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems

  • Experience imaging and re-imaging Windows

  • Basic understanding of Active Directory and user account management

  • Valid drivers license with clean MVR (within company guidelines)
