Wilson Employment is currently recruiting for an Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer for an industry leading manufacturer in the beautiful Lakes Region of NH.
Recent graduates this is a terrific direct hire opportunity to begin your Mechanical Engineering career! 

Entry Level Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:

Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout. 
Provide rework and manufacturing decision-making information. 
Use process steps to define and call out reasonable set up and run times. 
Write operator work instructions to ensure compliance with product, process and system requirements. 
Accurately interpret aerospace manufacturing drawings, specifications and engineering requirements. Provide technical support and training to coworkers, customers, and suppliers. 
Write mistake-proof work instructions and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with product, process and system requirements; reduce variation and improve repeatability. 
Refine and enhance products and processes by applying continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles and techniques. 
Provide technical support and training to coworkers, customers, and suppliers. 
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, company and customer requirements. 
Act as primary point of contact for supplier inquires, product and process conformance decisions, and process improvement activities. 
Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time. 
Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency. 
Follow work rules and standard safety regulations at all times. 
Maintain safe working practice's and ensure area is clean and free of any possible unsafe situations. 
Utilize basic drafting and software programs to design tooling, support equipment, and process flows.
Support manufacturing and quality with fixture and tooling design.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Manufacturing Engineer requirements:

AA or BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and Aerospace experience.
U.S. Person status required due to export and ITAR controls. 
Thorough knowledge of aerospace manufacturing drawings, specifications, and engineering requirements. 
Ability to write clear, accurate, comprehensive and concise documents, formatted to increase information accessibility and grammatically correct. 
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and experienced in developing win-win relationships with coworkers, customers, suppliers, and auditors. 
Thorough knowledge of AS9100 quality system requirements. Familiarity with Nadcap requirements a plus. 
Solution orientated, able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to solve a wide range of difficult problems in practice and cost-effective ways.
Attention to detail. 
Adaptable to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace. 
Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges. 
Ability to identify, organize, estimate and recognize differences or similarities. 
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or verbal instructions. 
Ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, or manipulate parts. 
Ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities and communication styles. 
Ability to provide direction and guidance. 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team oriented, and ability to deal with a wide variety of personalities and communication styles.
CAD experience, preferably Key Creator and CATIA.
