Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating resources for content production (people, props, documents, etc.).
  • Pitching creative treatment for content production (writing scripts, providing photo/video reference, storyboarding, etc.).
  • Supporting video/content projects during pre-production, production and post-production.
  • Providing content operations support (gathering visual assets, trafficking photo/video, gathering feedback).
  • Seeing a content project through from concept to delivery.
  • Project management including scheduling meetings, reviewing feedback and deliverables, and organizing assets.
  • Managing photo/video archive and trafficking assets as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical thinker, leader, team player and self-managed learner.
  • Demonstrated work ethic, goal-oriented and past history of academic success.
  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited higher education institution (must be within their Junior/Senior year)
  • Must carry a 3.2 grade point average.
  • 1+ years of video, design and/or content-creation experience.
  • Computer literacy in Adobe CS, Microsoft Office, social media platforms.
  • Pursuing a degree in video production, film, content marketing, design, visual communications or marketing communications.
  • Must submit a letter of professional recommendation from a previous employer in the marketing field or a professor.
  • Must have a demo reel or portfolio to share.

  • A strong understanding and passion for storytelling
  • An understanding of the different roles on a set (sound, camera, gaffer, producer, director, etc.)
  • Knowledge of social media channels and best practices per channel
  • Enthusiasm for design, composition and aesthetics
  • Self-motivated to solve problems, create new processes and instill change
  • Knowledge of current design and video trends
  • Willingness to travel
