New Business Development / HVAC and Maintenance Services

Our company has been providing HVAC service and maintenance to a wide variety of clients in the GTA since 1980.  We are a family run business and consider our employees and clients family.

We are looking for a New Business Development Specialist for HVAC Maintenance and Service

Responsible for Revenue generation including:

  • Generating new preventative maintenance contracts
  • Management of assigned accounts
  • Identify opportunities for sales proposals through different methods, like; cold calling, networking and RFQ
  • Prepare and submit proposals /quotes and pricing, follow up as required
  • Maintain a high activity level in contacting and building relationships with prospective clients
  • Culture and maintain a high level of trust with our clients, dealing with any service issues in a prompt and straightforward manner and ensuring repeat business
  • Build effective business relationships and maintain customer confidence.
  • Assist in the development of the sales and marketing plans and execute on those plans.
  • Potentially attend site visits and client meetings to gather information necessary for accurate proposals

Requirements:

  • Must have a proven successful sales track record preferably in the commercial air conditioning and heating industry (HVAC).
  • High energy level and willingness to sustain a consistent sales call activity level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Must be results-orientated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting client proposals (both oral and written).
  • Customer service oriented with strong communications skills.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for clients (consultative sales approach).
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to multitask.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Must have own vehicle
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of Jonas Software would be an asset.
