Shoe Snaps Sales Representative Job Summary -
In this Shoe Snaps Sales Rep role, you will work independently to strategically pursue opportunities, represent and sell our cutting-edge services, provide excellent customer service, and close deals in an untapped market.
We are seeking self-motivated, driven, enthusiastic candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills, eagerness to work as a team-player, a self-starter and an independent thinker, with the aptitude to work autonomously. Candidates must possess the ability to institute traditional and creative approaches to build and maintain relationships, enhance overall performance, and collaboratively solve problems. Our Shoe Snaps Sales Rep top performers strategically identify, target, and develop accounts by utilizing connections and cold calling to secure meetings and finalize contracts. Each Shoe Snaps Sales Rep candidate will be expected to educate and influence new customers while nurturing and supervising existing relationships by identifying and tending to various orders.

Identifying potential clients and matching those needs with a comprehensible ordering scheduling for first & future purchases.
Explaining Shoe Snaps payment acceptance service in a simple yet effective and persuasive terms
Developing business relationships with business owners in your area
Working with an assigned Sales Team for coaching and assistance throughout the entire sales process

Job Requirements

The position allows for telecommuting; however, the Sales Partner will be required to travel to local businesses within their community and set appointments for presentations and to close accounts.

Specific requirements include:
Interest in B2B sales
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
Proficiency with basic computer functions
Reliable transportation
Experience with sales, business development, managing customer relations and/or companies such as Modellís, Finish Line, Adidas etc.

Identify and target new accounts through the acquisition of information though internet search, followed by telephone inquiry and completed with office visit(s).
Secure meetings and appointments to develop new business relationships and maintain existing relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service, available as main point of contact for all prospects, leads, and existing Shoe Snaps sales rep accounts
Become proficient in selling our innovative products and, skilled in all business structure and financial offering

Proven track record of being a top performing individual who meets or exceeds goals
Be highly motivated, creative, and a decisive Shoe Snaps Sales Rep
Industry training. certification or knowledge plus good sales abilities
Generates qualified leads from new prospects
Makes sales calls to potential new clients
Acts as a capture manager for Shoe Snaps and procurements according to defined proposal process
Shapes Shoe Snaps capture procedures selling systems to increase probability of contract wins
Develops and makes presentations of company history, experience, products and services to potential clients or use outlined suggestions
Participates in sales events to generate additional prospects
Manages all sales efforts and activity using assigned systems.
Follows up on sales activity; responds to all requests and concerns (RFPs, prospect/client requests) by phone, electronically or in person in a timely fashion
Analyzes prospective client needs, matches them to firm capabilities, and translates them into proposals which set clear expectations to meet client requirements and protect the company
Facilitates creation of cost and technical proposals by the delivery team
Provides detailed backup for all pricing
Facilitates the negotiation process between clients and the delivery team

Reports sales progress to executive team
Other duties as assigned

Ability to work the assigned Shoe Snaps sales rep territory

High School Diploma required
1-3 years work experience in a first level Sales role or Enroll in a University for Sales in a sales related field.
Experience in relevant Google Applications, including Docs,
Service oriented mentality with a strong customer focus.

Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to a variety of audiences.
Strong problem solving abilities with the ability to use sound judgment when escalating incident and problems.
Preferred not required - Bachelor of Science(BS) or Bachelor of Business administration (BBM) with business, marketing or related fields of study, or equivalent years of experience a major bonus
