Responsible for design and development of RF/Microwave subassemblies for Antenna subsystems. Antenna Simulation Experience. Systems background and design leadership of mixed mode RF simulation equipment a plus.

You must possess a BS in Electrical Engineering, 8 - 10+ years experience in the design, simulation and development of RF and microwave equipment.

Responsible for leading the system design between engineering, manufacturing and program management and interfacing with customers during formal design reviews.

Familiar with HFSS or equivalent simulation tool, Mat Lab, Microsoft Office and Visio a plus.

Must have the ability to effectively communicate cost and schedule status via, Microsoft Project and EVMS.

Experience in Project planning and estimation.

A secret Security Clearance will be Required.

Experienced in technical marketing, proposal writing, conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design is hrlpful.

Good presentation skills required for conducting PDR and CDR level meetings and reviewsMust be familiar with latest component and subsystem test, measurement, and analysis techniques.

Requires excellent leadership and organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Effectively communicate with teams from all engineering and manufacturing disciplines.

We are also seeking candidates with experience in EMI/EMC design. Experience with either compact ranges testing or Near Field Range/Scanner technologies a definite plus. Some experience with CAD/CAE applications relating to mechanical design.
Experience with composite materials a plus.
