The Organization of Nurse Leaders (ONL NJ) seeks part time (18 hours/week) individual to provide direct support to the executive director. Primary responsibilities include activities related to the organizations education programs, special events, statewide Nursing Workplace and Environment and Staffing Council Program and a statewide mentoring program. Other responsibilities include but not limited to: maintaining files and records, inputting data, as well as overseeing the membership process including the development and fundraising activities. Assists with the preparation and facilitation of meetings and conference calls of the ONL Board and committees; coordinates follow up actions. Moderates organizations ListServ; will manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Qualified individual should have a minimum of an Associates degree, Bachelors degree preferred, Registered Nurse a plus. Current knowledge of nursing and healthcare issues preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency with social media platforms necessary, Web design skills a plus.
