MOST OF THE INTERVIEWS WILL HAPPEN ON VIDEO CONF BUT TRY TO SUBMIT PROFILES WHO ARE WILLING FOR IN-PERSON INTERVIEW, TO BE ON SAFER SIDE AS MANAGER WE WILL TAKE A CALL ONCE WE REACH TO THAT STAGE.

Detail Job description:

 15 + experience in End User Environment providing Deskside IT support, Audio/Video services, preferably in managing outsourced IT services
Demonstrated experience and knowledge across all facets of End user computing, Audio/Video, Cyber/IT Security and infrastructure (e.g., o365 cloud environments, IT equipment room operations)
Preferred at least MCSE, CCNA & ITIL certification
Strong customer service focus and experience working with both end users and senior leadership
Strong project management skills & ability to work in strategic / operational environments Excellent written and verbal communication
Demonstrated experience as a leader with people & vendor management
