Program Administrators are responsible for selecting the staff to carry out a program or project and manage the budget for their program, accounting for expenditures and program activities, collect data and create reports of their findings.

•Plans and coordinates one or more programs for a non-profit organization including fundraising, budgeting, and community outreach
•Manage administration of Non-Profit program, and Assist in training and management of staff and volunteers
•Develops and implements program that align with the organization’s mission and support the organization’s goals
•Promote Non-Profit organization within the community
•Creates program materials, establishes staffing requirements, and ensure that program achieves stated objectives
•Manage client meetings to coordinate program delivery staff and contractors
•Support Programs staff in drafting documents and creating presentations
•Maintain relationships with a broad network of subject matter experts in the fields of management, leadership, finance, communications, etc..
•Assist management with preparing and renewing contracts with partner organizations, consultants, and other external parties
•Conduct online research to support program team and to guide updating program policies, procedures and guidelines
