PRODUCTION MANAGER 1ST Shift
Bachelor degree preferred in a technical or business related area, but will consider a high school diploma or GED equivalent "Food Processing Mfg Experience and SAP a Plus
Min 3 years plant manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of production equipment and systems including maintenance activities. Root cause analysis performance ability to identify and resolve downtime / in efficient operational issues
Project management and team leadership proficiency
Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects simultaneously Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Oral knowledge of TPM, Lean and Six Sigma manufacturing techniques
And knowledge GDA and USDA policies and procedures a PLUS
