OPERATIONS DIRECTOR /Chemical
BS Chemical Engineer, or BS Engineering or a Master’s Degree in undergraduate discipline or in business and certification in lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies.
Minimum 10 years of relevant industry and technical chemical leadership manufacturing experience. Chemical manufacturing experience should be in continuous processes such as ammonia and nitric acid production or petrochemical refining. Preference in manufacturing ammonia, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, ammonium nitrate liquid and prill. Direct leadership roles as plant/area manufacturing manager. Experience as the leader for an entire manufacturing complex is preferred.
Experienced individual to provide chemical manufacturing knowledge. Primary focus of role is to improve the productivity and efficiency of chemical manufacturing processes
