Duties
• Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading, developing, managing and executing all aspects for maintenance with customers, suppliers, local and corporate-wide employees and the manufacturing staff.
• Responsible for the supervising, training, and mentoring members of the Maintenance department.
• Maintain and ensure the production processing equipment is properly maintained in order to produce and packaging all products.

Musts:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6-8 years of experience managing and leading a Maintenance department in the Food Industry. Multi-plant experience desired.
• PLC Programming
• CAPEX installations
• Project Management & CMMS experience
• Predictive & Preventative Maintenance
• Risk Assessment & Root Cause Analysis
• Experience working safely with Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical, Conveyors, Boilers and Electronics
• Refrigeration and Packaging experience a plus.
