ERS Antenna has specialized in the Electromagnetic industry since 1994. We have opportunities for Antenna Designers and Antenna Systems engineers with (Phased Array, Beam Steering / Electronically Steered, Helical, Spherical, Horn, Yagi) experience, Radome design, Radar Cross Section designers and Analysts, Low Observable Engineers, Radar Systems Designers and Infrared Signature Analysts servicing a variety of industries and applications to include but not limited to:
Ground Based and Airborne Radar Systems for Electronic Warfare applications, Airborne Collision Avoidance systems, Reconnaissance, Ground Penetration Radars, Missile Guidance systems, RCS Range Operations and Radome Design etc.

You will be responsible for modifying existing and designing and developing new antenna and radome products under supervision of the Director of Engineering. Develops new products under IR & D tasks and assists Operations in determining better ways to manufacture existing products and to maintain the quality standards of the Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Designs or directs design efforts for antennas or radomes to meet customer specifications.
B. Prepares proposals including design concepts, quoting, writing sections and presentations to management and customers.
C. Designs new products per the direction of the Director of Engineering.
D. Serves as design engineer on assigned programs to insure that engineering tasks are met and work is completed on time and within budget.
E. Supports technical questions/inquiries from customers.
F. Supports Marketing/Sales as required.
G. Provides engineering assistance to Operations to resolve technical problems related to the fabrication, assembly and test of products.
Other Duties
A. Designs products that meet the needs of customers and the marketplace.
B. Assists in the preparation of technical proposals.
C. Works within budgets and designs quality products to program schedules.
D. Assists in the resolution of technical manufacturing problems that enable the production of quality products that meet the specifications of the customer.
E. Supports written technical presentations that are accurate, professional and effective.
F. Able to conceptualize technical applications and design.
G. Experience with test equipment for antennas and radomes.
H. Good technical and math skills
I. Computer proficient in both word processing and engineering design applications.
J. Good oral and written communication skills.
K. US Citizenship and ability to be granted a DOD Secret clearance.
L. Understanding and practice of professional behavior in contact with customers and all personnel within the company.
You will interface with Marketing/Sales, Customers , Machine Shop personnel, Vendors Assembly, Composite group, Contracts, Test group and Finance
The select candidate will possess a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. We prefer a Bachelors degree with advanced courses in RF Microwave and Composites design and manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will also have a minimum of 2-4 years, preferably more working as a RF Microwave engineer, specifically working on Antennas or /and Radomes
