This busy manufacturer is looking to add an Operations Manager for one of its divisions. Qualified Candidates should have prior experience as an Operations Manager or Plant Manager over multiple product lines in a high volume plant utilizing screw machines and CNC machinery to produce parts for the automotive, and consumer industries. Responsibilities will include budgeting, P&L, customer relations, production scheduling, and overseeing all manufacturing operations. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement techniques is desired. Both degreed and/or candidates with relevant experience will be considered. This company is offering an outstanding wage and benefits package, including relocation assistance if needed.
