Senior Systems Engineer with requisite knowledge and experience with military systems and who is capable of analyzing antenna system design architectures as well as evaluating design test data to achieve expected antenna hardware integration and evaluation of high performance tracking systems. This person will conceive of novel technical solutions while performing link analyses, sensitivity analyses, electromagnetic analyses and simulations in cooperation with the senior electromagnetics and mechanical engineers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
感rovide critical hands on direction on various antenna programs consistent with achieving specific design, cost and schedule objectives from inception through installation and customer acceptance.
感articipate in Design Reviews and ensure customer satisfaction.
感repare technical proposals and provide budgetary estimates for potential future projects.
愛esponsible to train and motivate capable, but less experienced design engineers and lab personnel.
愛esponsible for program administrative duties such as job scheduling, manpower loading, job cost estimating, and capital requirement listing.
惹upport integration team during the integration and testing of telemetry tracking systems.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL
愚SEE or PhD required and 15 to 20 years of demonstrated experience in a DOD environment. Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance at the Secret Level is required.
惹pecific experience on microwave antenna systems with emphasis on large mechanical structures. Working knowledge of antenna control systems and EHF systems is a plus.
幹amiliar with antenna design and analysis software as well as literate in all types of windows based programs.
幌xcellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills in customer satisfaction.
感hysical ability to climb onto high structures to support antenna testing is a plus.
