Perform front and back office work, answering phones, scheduling appointments, pulling and filing charts, insurance verification, collection of co-pays and/or balances, prescription call-in, checking in/out patients, operating multi-line system, Assemble patients charts, Taking patients to the back, vitals, lab work, handle all release of medical records, Greet patients,set patients room for doctor.
