Senior Human Resources Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting the recruitment needs of professional staff within the firm by handling the whole recruitment process, exploring and developing all possible recruitment channels and media, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of communication with management and candidates and handling ad hoc HR projects

University graduates in Human Resources Management / Business Administration.A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Human Resources generalist, with in-depth knowledge in recruitment and selection, preferably gained in professional / banking and sizable MNCs Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage)Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resourceful in developing recruitment channels through different media Proficiency in MS Office
Strong sense of accountability and able to work under pressure
