We are seeking a Division Manager to oversee the development and management of the Southern California region for insurance related construction claims, forensic investigations, and engineering of residential, commercial and industrial projects.

The ideal individual would have 5+ years experience working in a construction and/or environmental field overseeing projects and developing business through insurance companies and private clients for commercial and residential fire, water, & mold damage re-construction projects, providing expert testimony, forensic investigations, environmental due diligence for claim settlement and estimating of project construction costs.

Must have the skills and abilities to develop business in the territory, manage turnkey construction projects from estimation thru closeout, strong engineering and management skills.

Requires a degree in civil, structural and/or environmental engineering (EIT or PE), Registered Environmental Assessor desired. Must have strong verbal and written communication abilities.
