Customer Service / Remote Call Center

-Description
Under immediate supervision, the incumbent will respond to routine telephone inquiries through a remote customer- call center. By following standard scripts and procedures. The incumbent will perform routine duties requiring working knowledge of the Companys products and services
.
-PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to telephone inquiries and complaintsusing standard scripts and procedures.Gathers information from the caller to properly resolve the situation. Communicates appropriate options for resolution.

-Refers non-routine inquiries and complaints to senior level Call Center Representatives.

-Uses a computer system to research inquiries and log customer calls.
-No experience, will train

High School diploma and/or equivalent experience. Must have computer access, Training provided.

Full or Partime

Compensation: $12.00
Full benefitsafter 90-days [Medical, Bonus, Vacation ]
