Our client, one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical firms, seeks an Information management publisher to provide publishing expertise in the preparation of agency submissions. This individual will be responsible for the publishing of documents to be submitted to the various agencies. Additionally this individual will be responsible for the entry of data into various databases used in support of compliance initiatives.. Overall responsibilities include:

·Publishing of Clinical Study Reports and Electronic submissions

·Perform data entry for compliance and product information databases

·Provide backup for EDMS administration

Requirements:

Ø Minimum of 3-5 years experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.

Ø High level of expertise in Microsoft Suite of products

Ø Prior experience with the following: Documentum and Adobe Acrobat and CoreDossier are highly preferred, but may be waived if strong technical background and experience in one of the above.

Ø Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and follow-up skills.

Ø Demonstrated personal initiative, responsibility and flexibility.

Ø Ability to work under limited supervision and to handle multiple assignments
