A Mental Health care Facilities wants to recruit full time Medical Assistant to perform following resposibilities.
•Retrieve customer voicemail on the customer service line.
•Code invoices submitted for payment
•Key voucher information into computer system for payment.
•Upload batched invoices sent to the department for processing.
•Match invoices and purchase orders submitted by vendors.
•Answer customer inquiries in regards to their invoices and/or payments.
Requirements:
•Highly organised and possess good communication skill.
•Customer service skill
•Ability to perform multitask in a busy environment.
•Reliable,professional and hard-working.
•Must be computer literate
