We are a very close knit family looking for a traditional, qualified or experienced, sole charge nanny. We are interested in someone loyal who will stay with us for several years if possible. We are very relaxed, routine-oriented and helpful people and believe that the working relationship between us and our nanny must be collaborative,
communicative, structured and respectful. Our nanny is
treated like a member of the family. My husband and I both
work and travel a fair amount although travel with the
children/nanny is limited to 2-3 trips per year typically within
the USA or to Europe. As individuals, my husband and I are
easygoing, disciplined people with a srong belief in integrity,
professionalism, flexibility, helpfulness, politeness and an
ability to get along with different people and in different
situations. Our 2 year old daughter is extremely secure, well-
behaved, and routine oriented. She is a delight to be with
because of her easy-going personality, curiousity, and desire
to engage with her nanny and in different activities. She is a
voracious reader and is learning to swim this summer. She
is speaking in complete sentences and is very well
mannered. This of course is a result of both our parenting style, but
also the effort and care our nanny has put in with her over
