Job Descriptions:
A.Billing- Duties include billing for Outpatient Orthopaedic Clinic for services render including visits, x-rays, injections, DME, and In office procedures.
B.Also bill Physician Fees for Outpatient Surgeries performed at Hospital and/or Ambulatory Surgical Centers.
C.Collection- Collector for Clinical and Outpatient Services perform. Duties include sending claim back on Appeal,for Reconsideration, and / or as corrected claims.

Key Qualifications:
Working knowledge of CPT-4, ICD-9, HCFA’s coding system and Medical Terminology, experience in billing for medical equipment and physician office, obtaining information from prescription and medical records, ability to communicate and work with physicians and willing to maintain current knowledge of rapidly changing coding and third-party payer policies through continuing education. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, prioritizing and problem solving skills. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Words, and Power Points.Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
