OUR EXCLUSIVE CLIENT seeks a VP Human Resources who will report directly to the CEO and will be a key member of the Management team. You will also have full responsibility for all Human Resources activities across the business in Asia

This is a challenging role within a high growth financial organization and you will be accountable for enhancing the existing "best practice" HR framework; advising the management team on a full range of strategic and tactical Human Resources issues and developing HR policy & procedures to provide the infrastructure & resources for significant expansion in Asia
