A growing manufacturer of aerospace components is searching for a solid PROCESS ENGINEER. This position involves processing precision machined components throughout the shop. Strong processing, work holding, speeds and feeds, process drawings, Autocad, process validation and precision machining skills are required. Past experience developing in-process dimensional drawings, work instructions, set up sheets, layouts and control plans is strongly preferred. Knowledge of CNC programming is also strongly preferred.

Our client has multi axis CNC lathes, swiss CNC lathes and mills. Experience with Autocad and computer software to prepare documentation is also a must. Candidates with aerospace, medical or industries requiring solid process documentation is preferred. We will look at both degreed candidates and individuals with 10 years plus of developing processes for precision machined components.

MUST HAVE: a minimum of 7 years of process development, process documentation and process validation in a precision machining environment. Solid process design and CAD experience is also required. CNC programming is a huge plus.
