Our client is an international professional services company with branches world wide, Providing a broad range of effective and powerful business solutions for the world's largest companies as well as large national enterprises, public institutions and successful fast-growing companies. To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for Senior HR Manager to lead the team.

The successful candidate will be a team leader of the Account Servicing team. You and your team members will work closely with the designated business units to support and facilitate the execution of business plans and long term strategies by providing professional human resources advice and services.

* Develop and maintain partnerships with the functional / service line leaders.
* Partner with the designated business units to direct and plan for the implementation of the Firm's human resources strategies and initiatives.
* Partner with the designated business units to support the Firm's performance management, talent management / development, retention, employee relations, expatriate management etc.
* Participate in ad hoc human resources projects.

* Degree in Business Administration, Social Science or related disciplines.
* Minimum 10 years' relevant experience gained from sizable multinational companies.
* Knowledge of the best human resources practices in the market.
* Sound interpersonal skills with proven track record of communicating effectively with people at different levels.
* Strong people management skills with high degree of maturity and self-motivation.
* Good command of English & Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a definite advantage.
