Twin Cities area general contractor seeks a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager.

Requirements include:

Confident and professional individual in a healthcare design/build business development role which includes prospecting, networking, making presentations, preparing budgets and quotes. Also has project management skills/attributes as related to project scheduling, materials ordering, associated regulatory, safety and liability requirements and corresponding teamwork with superintendents/job foremen. Comfortable and knowledgeable with take-offs, estimating and interpreting technical drawings with approximately 10 years project management experience including at least five years in a lead role acquiring and running $5mm-$10mm single-source projects. Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred
