Corporate Compliance Manager- Sales and Marketing

BrilliantLeap! serves the world’s leading Life Sciences firms by introducing them to Strategic Professionals. At present we’re searching for a Corporate Compliance leader to manage Sales, Marketing and Promotional Compliance functions.

To qualify, you must have:

* No fewer than two years exemplary experience in Corporate or Regulatory Compliance with a Life Sciences or Madical Device firm.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Training experience is highly desired.

* Experience integrationg compliance controls with existing business practices.

* Demonstrated ability to create and deliver corporate complianne training via formal presentation, on’line training, hosted workshops and written material.

* Created compliance reports (associated budgeting experience is desired.

Assess and create corporate complaiance programs

Develop and deliver formal compliance training

Manage vendor relationships

Provide regulatory reports

Manage numerous complex projects

Conduct internal risk assessments and/or investigations
