Responsible to:
A. Provide personal care service for clients such as: oral hygiene, shampooing hair, baths and changing bed linens as necessary.
B.Meal Preparation.
C.Monitor clients vital signs.
D.Record intake and output.
E.Assist in ambulation and range of motion exercises.
