ERS Antenna has specialized in the Electromagnetics industry since 1994. We have opportunities for Antenna Designers with (Phased Array, Beam Steering / Electronically Steered, Helical, Spherical, Horn, Yagi) experience, Radar Cross Section designers and Analysts, Low Observable Engineers, Radar Systems Designers, Infrared Signature Analysts, and Guidance Navigation Control experts servicing a variety of industries.
We have multiple openings in our RF / Antenna , Microwave and Radar departments for Engineers with an Antenna Design background.
This position entails working in a High Tech, State of the art facility in a fast paced, modern and fascinating atmosphere.
You will wear multiple hats in this department, and have a variety of tasks to perform, such as:
Analysis, Design and development efforts for state-of-the-art Antennas and Antenna Arrays. (Electronically Small Broadband Elements and Arrays), Notch Arrays, Radomes, Phased Arrays etc…
Duties include: Antenna Design, investigation and development, scientific programming and lead / project engineer duties as required.
This Center staffs, primarily engineers, Designing and Developing a wide range of sophisticated hardware and software.
We also provide engineering, prototype development, and technology development for all principal product lines, including radar, communications systems, and electronic warfare equipment.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
A minimum of 3 years of Experience
A Bachelors, Masters or Ph.D. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related discipline.
The ability to obtain a US security Clearance will be necessary.
Solid background in Electromagnetics theory and Antenna design theory.
Applicant must have experience in all aspects of design and development including analysis, design, mechanical design, requirements analysis, programming modeling, test instrumentation, Antenna test, reviews, presentations, proposal writing, report generation.
Excellent Verbal / written skills, and the ability to represent company at Symposiums, and conferences.
DESIRED SKILLS:
'C' programming, Fortran, MatLab programming, Ansoft HFSS, NEC4, OSU BSC, HP ADS, MS OFFICE, LabWindows. MOM (Method of Moments), Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD), - Finite Element Frequency Domain (FEFD) codes
Have written technical papers, and have patents is a plus
Broadband Antenna and Array experience: Both Design, and Analytical. (multi-octave) is desired, but NOT MANDATORY.
