We have multiple openings in our Observables / Radar Cross Sections department for Engineers with a significant Electromagnetics background.
ERS Antenna has specialized in the Electromagnetics industry since 1994. We have opportunities for Antenna Designers with (Phased Array, Beam Steering / Electronically Steered, Helical, Spherical, Horn, Yagi) experience, Radar Cross Section designers and Analysts, Low Observable Engineers, Radar Systems Designers, Infrared Signature Analysts, and Guidance Navigation Control experts servicing a variety of industries and applications to include but not limited to:
Ground Based and Airborne Radar Systems for Electronic Warfare applications, Airborne Collision Avoidance systems, Reconnaissance, Ground Penetration Radars, Missile Guidance systems, RCS Range Operations, Radome Design and Rocket / Turbine Propulsion etc.
This position entails working in a High Tech, State of the art facility in a fast paced, modern and fascinating atmosphere.
You will wear multiple hats in this department, and have a variety of tasks to perform, such as:
Analysis, Design and development
Electromagnetic analysis used to predict Radar Cross Section Signatures.
Duties include: Radar Cross-Section Test Engineering, Low Observables Design Engineering, Antenna Design, investigation and development.
This Center staffs, primarily engineers, Designing and Developing a wide range of sophisticated hardware and software.
We also provide engineering, prototype development, and technology development for all principal product lines, including radar, communications systems, and electronic warfare equipment.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
A minimum of 3 years of Experience
A Bachelors, Masters or Ph.D. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related discipline.
A Secret Clearance will be required. Please apply only if you are eligible, or currently hold a US clearance.
Solid background in Electromagnetics theory or Antenna Design theory.
Understanding of Electromagnetic codes, such as (FEFD) Finite Element Frequency Domain, (MoM) Methods of Moments or (FDTD) Finite Difference Time Domain
Applicant must have experience in all aspects of design, Test and development including analysis, modeling, Antenna test, etc.
Knowledge and fundamental understanding of EM design and measurement techniques.
Significant experience in the field of Computational EM analytical techniques used to predict Radar Cross Section Signatures.
Execute and provide guidance for the EM analysis, design, test and/or integration related to program and product components / systems that meet business standards, practices and procedures and the product / program requirements.
Electromagnetic design, test, analysis and measurement background
Excellent Verbal / written skills.
DESIRED SKILLS:
'C' programming, Fortran, MatLab programming, Ansoft HFSS, NEC4, OSU BSC, HP ADS, MS OFFICE, LabWindows. (FEFD) Finite Element Frequency Domain, (MoM) Methods of Moments or (FDTD) Finite Difference Time Domain codes
