JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, one of the premier business service corporations in North America, is experiencing tremendous growth and is in need of account executives and business development managers to help capture this increase.

The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of experience selling in a business-to-business / outside sales environment with a proven track record of consistently meeting quota or growing territorial revenue. Experience in the commercial services and supplies industry is a plus. We will not be able to consider retail sales or inside sales producers for this position.

As a proven B2B hunter, you will be working for a corporation on the frontline of their industry; so your responsibility will be to help capture some of the growth they are experiencing. To have success in this role, you will need to be disciplined, be self-motivated, and have a neatly groomed business appearance.

You must also have developed good telephone and face-to-face presentation skills, a well-defined approach for hunting business, and a consultative selling style when it comes to closing business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2 -3 years outside sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
A clean driving record and dependable transportation
The ability to pass a background check including a drug screen

FINANCIALS:

Pay Rate: Annual base salary $30,000 plus money during training
Compensation Plan: Additional $35,000+ in commission at plan
Monthly car allowance: $300-$400
Benefits: Medical, dental insurance and vision, 401(k), vacation time, sick days, holidays
