B.Laboratory Skills – Phlebotomy (Venipunctures and fingersticks), Urinalysis, Specimen Collection, Smear Procedures and glucose testing
C.Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology and Pharmacology
D.Administrative Skills - Health Insurance claims processing using NDCMedisoft, patient scheduling, Medical Office Procedures (front and back office duties)
