TAX DIRECTOR – HONG KONG

$150,000 USD plus FULL PACKAGE

Our client a leading professional services firm providing assurance, tax and specialist advising privately held businesses and public i entities. Due expansion in the APAC region, they are now seeking a knowledgeable experienced Tax Director to join their group.
Reporting to the Tax Partner, you will consult to clients on various tax structuring, advisory and compliance issues. This will include providing advice on corporate tax implications of M&A activities, joint ventures and due diligence, restructuring and other commercial activities. In addition, you will assist in tax planning and developing and improving training programs for the internal department. You will be a qualified tax professional with minimum 10 years tax experience, ideally gained from an international consultancy firm, an MNC or local listed company. You will possess proven knowledge and experience in HK, PRC or International tax as well as exceptional analytical and presentation skills. English and Mandarin skills are strongly desired.
