Customer Service Specialist (Call Coach)is responsible for the following:
Monitors and gives feedback to develop customer service representative skills.
Conduct coaching sessions to provide ongoing, consistent and useful performance feedback to customer service professionals.
Assists in preparing reviews for supervisors.
Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs based on call monitoring results.
Perform the necessary review of client information and key transactions.
Develop and update scripting and call handling procedures.
Identify, develop and deliver training relating to quality issues/trends.
Seek process improvement opportunities.
Support critical initiatives as required.
