Performs process analysis to design or redesign multiple, integrated work flows and process issues to ensure that processes are customer focused, consistent, effective and efficient. Responsible for the implementation and training planning across multiple sites and documentation of processes. Able to develop a cohesive set of solutions in complex, unstructured environments. Manages middle sized projects and activities of multiple project teams which may include staff from other organization and processes.

The Central Security Services Administration Team is responsible for security administration for Financial Management, Shared Services, Law, Corporate Governance, Global Derivatives, Insurance, Prudential Retirement, Human Resources and Corporate Technology Management. The responsibilities of the position are primarily focused on the oversight and monitoring of all recertifications, which includes overseeing the timeliness of them being sent out, the tracking spreadsheets are being updated timely, checklists are being completed, the appropriate number of reviews are being quality reviewed, reminder and escalation notices are being sent out timely, and the recertification schedule is updated when needed. In addition, the individual would assist in identifying process improvements, or automation opportunities to enhance the recertification process.

This is a fast paced and dynamic environment and includes interaction with management, technical contacts and clients at all levels in the Company.

- 1-3 years information security background desired, but not required.
- Knowledge of security tools including RACF and Active Directory.
- Project Management experience a plus.
- General knowledge of computer technology including, LAN, UNIX, Mainframe (RACF) and Sybase.
- Intermediate PC skills including, Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and Microsoft Access.
- ITIM, Access Manager, Remedy experience a plus.
- Good organizational skills required.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Solid interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills.
- Oversight and monitoring experience a plus
