Responsible for managing the overall performance of a THD Production Team in our Dallas office. Will oversee a dedicated Production Team and directly manage our experienced kitchen and bath installers in an exciting, fast-paced work environment. Also responsible for staff performance reviews, communication with customers, and negotiating contracts with both local and national vendors. Previous project management experience is required. All applicants must have a strong inner drive and previous experience that demonstrates the following:IDEAL CHARACTERISTICS: Proven history of managing and developing a team of 5+ people Enjoys analyzing, developing, and implementing creative solutions to increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and generate repeat business Enjoys challenges, overcoming obstacles, and possesses a do whatever it takes attitude to increase profitability and customer satisfaction Strong oral and written communication skills to support daily interaction with a vast array of customers, vendors, and THD team members Enjoys operating with little or no daily supervision MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (no exceptions A four-year college degree or 6+ years of direct project management required Minimum 3 years of project management experience required Minimum 2 years experience managing and developing a staff Enjoys working with a variety of personality types and backgrounds.
