The general role of the Systems Analysis and Development Specialist is to implement eligibility file processing for New Clients on Prudential Group Life systems. The responsibilities of this job centers on the development of a process that ensures the data integrity of the file exchanges between the client and Prudential Group Insurance systems. The individual needs to be able to analyze the clients plan design and data and translate this in the business requirement for systems development.
The incumbent in this position will act as a liaison between Prudential Group Life Insurance’s operations and systems business units and the client, to define; analyze; test and implement new client eligibility throughput to a the business production environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with Group Insurance products, services and systems are a plus. Other required skills sets include:
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, meets multiple deadlines, and work with minimal supervision
Advanced communication and relationship building skills.
Demonstrated project management success.
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a high pressure, real-time culture.
Orientation toward detail.
Experience in Insurance or Financial systems a plus.
Background in programming and systems development a plus.
