-You will manage client’s Lotus Domino R6 Servers via remote access.
Helping Service Desk Agents troubleshooting users’ Lotus Notes Client issues.
-Working on trouble tickets escalated from Tier 1 Service Desk.
Performing daily Lotus Notes administration tasks such as Notes ID creation, recertifying Notes users, moving Notes users to different OU, etc.
-Performing routine server maintenance tasks such as maintaining AdminP db, synchronizing users’ mail file and databases on clustered servers, etc.
-Troubleshooting R6 Domino Server issues, eg. server crashed or hung, users unable to access the Domino server, etc.
Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting ScanMail.
-Assist Lotus Notes Team Leader on Lotus Domino/Notes Projects.
Requirements:
-Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
-At least 3 years working experience in large Lotus Notes environment spanning multiple countries with several thousand users.
-CLP preferred but not mandatory.
-Willing to work long hours and on weekends as well as Public Holidays when required.
-Preferably with Asia Pacific support experience.
-Able to speak clear and fluent English.
-Mandarin and/or Japanese speaking Singaporean or PR are welcome to apply.
-A proven professional with excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation and time management skills. Strong team player.
