Requirments:
•Understanding and application of project management principles.
•A pro-active, motivated commitment to company’s values of safety, teamwork and respect of community and environmental standards Experience working with clients is a must.
•Have experience worked with a work diverse and multicultural work force on either mining or civil related projects.
•Have the ability to lead and manage the project to ensure that the targets on safety, production, maintenance, people and financial/commercial outcomes are met.
•Responsibilities for reporting directly to the Manager Mining for the outcomes of the project.
•Job responsibilities for running a large scale open cut coal mining project in Kalimantan.
•Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Indonesian cultural and community issues is highly desirable.
•Jakarta based position with family married status benefits, which include medical, accommodation, international schooling and vehicle.
