ORACLE INTEGRATORS (functional)

A team of 40 Oracle functional specialists needs three additional members for permanent employment within a Fortune 500. Team members are company employees who perform as consultants and are permanent company employees. They have the benefit of being internal consultants while permanently employed within a Fortune 500. Openings are due to growth.

3 NEW POSTIONS:
(1) One new member should have 3 years experience implementing Oracle Financials such as Accounts Receivable, or Order to Cash cycles and must have completed one full life cycle implementation (functional).

(2) The second new team member should have 3 years in configuration of Oracle CRM modules - such as Sales on Line, incentive compensation, or istore. He/she may have done test scripts or training documentation in an Oracle project and must have completed one full life cycle (functional).

(3) The third new team member should have completed one full life cycle (functional) in an Oracle Manufacturing module, and have 3 years in FUNCTIONAL experience in any of the following Oracle Manufacturing module applications such as Inventory, Bills of Material, Work in Process, MRP/SCP, Purchasing, Order Management, Quality, etc.

OFFICE SCHEDULE:
You do not have to relocate. All team members fly from their home cities to the company regional facility in the Milwaukee area each week. Team members who live great distances from Milwaukee arrive Sunday evenings and leave before noon on Thursdays. Other members who live closer, fly from their home cites on Monday mornings to be at the office by noon and they fly out Thursday at 3. Everyone does some work from their homes on Friday. On a rare occasion, there may be a requirement to work all weekend from home. Flights and private hotel rooms are arranged by the company travel department. Each member is given a company credit card and has a per diem of $40 per day for food & incidentals.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
The starting salary ranges are up to $125K, plus bonuses. The company makes contributions of 6% per year to your 401K and you become vested after only one year of employment! The company provides a choice of medical/dental/vision plans plus a superior retirement plan. After only one year of employment, your vacation is 3 weeks long.
