Quilogy, a leading nationally recognized systems integrator, professional services and certified training firm specializing in applying innovative emerging technologies to solve complex business problems, is seeking a Principal Consultant to join our Downers Grove (Chicago) office . The candidate must have well-rounded technical project delivery and business development experience within a professional services environment. The ideal candidate must be results-oriented, have a strong technical aptitude, and successful project management experience.



Responsibilities:

Translation of business requirements into functional and technical requirements
Analysis of business processes and requirements to identifying opportunities for improvement using Microsoft tools and technology.
Development of functional and technical design documents
Estimating, planning and hands-on management of full lifecycle technical projects for our clients.
Developing and executing project plans to deliver high impact results for our clients
Mentoring of junior team members
Partner with members of sales team to generate client demand, clarify client needs, and close sales opportunities.



Qualifications include:

At least 6-10 years of applicable industry experience
Proven leadership, technical project management skills and client management skills
Experience gathering business requirements from clients and translating them to technical requirements
Experience leading the development of enterprise-wide application solutions
A demonstrated track record in delivering full life-cycle software solutions in a variety of client settings
Experience with .NET architectures, Microsoft application servers and infrastructure products
Microsoft Office System 200 7, particularly Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 experience is a definite plus
A BS in Computer Science or related field
