We also offer a wide variety of gourmet deli sandwiches, crisp salads, signature wraps and savory soups as well as a gourmet coffee offer. The Wild Bean Caf is located in a BP Connect and is one of the fastest growing restaurants in the nation.
The Cafe Lead is responsible for the overall operation of the Wild Bean Cafe and delivering an outstanding site experience to our customers. We seek candidates with restaurant / food service backgrounds and a track record of growing sales and profits. The qualified candidate will also have experience developing and leading a team, safe food handling, strong customer service skills, focus on operational excellence, and the ability to embrace change.

Job Purpose:
Delivers consistency of operational excellence (e.g., product quality, cleanliness) and customer service to drive sales Manage the Wild Bean Caf processes to deliver BP standards in the areas of control, compliance, and safety Attract, develop, motivate, and retain a team of high-performing Wild Bean Caf employees Provide upward feedback on performance of corporate programs Provide feedback on any other issues or ideas that arise in the field Key Responsibilities:
Execute consistently implementing food menu updates, WBC programs, and local marketing efforts while maintaining food quality standards to create an outstanding customer experience. Project enthusiasm and excitement to build customer relationships and continue to grow base of regular customers. Proactively manage site administration duties, labor scheduling, inventory replenishment, food production, etc. Assist the General Manager (GM) in WBC people development, through recruitment, building capabilities, and driving continuous performance improvement. Own, deliver, and problem solve around all WBC MPF (Management Performance Framework) metrics. Provide feedback as necessary to GM and CAE (Territory Manager).
Skills & Experience:
Prior experience in Food Service or other retail environments, within the customer service area Must demonstrate leadership and customer service skills (e.g., responsiveness in solving customer service issues) Prior experience in a WBC as a Baker is preferred Beginner skill-set level in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel Basic finance knowledge in food service controls
