It’s an exciting time at Best Buy Mobile ! We are undergoing a major expansion program increasing the number of mobile phone “stores within a Best Buy store” in the DC/Baltimore market.

As a Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day to day running of the Best Buy Mobile business, ensuring our customers receive the excellent level of service that has become synonymous with the Best Buy brand. You will coach and develop the team to deliver superior performance and maximize sales across all of our mobile products and services.

We are looking for outstanding people with the experience, capability and drive to make a real difference to our business. A proven track record in leading a team as well as an ability to sell our products and services are essential requirements of the role.
Basic Qualifications for this role include

18 months of experience in the following areas:

management/supervisory
financial budgeting,

proven sales success.
