We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Director Budgets and Financial Planning for our team in Monterey, CA.



The Director Budgets and Financial Planning is responsible for the day to day management of CTB’s Investment Division. In addition, this position is responsible for all budgeting, financial planning, modeling, and financial decision-support functions for CTB.



Responsibilities

Contribute to the timely and accurate development of CTB annual budget and monthly and quarterly forecast submission including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow components.
Day to day responsibility for budget, forecast, management reporting, spending variance analysis, business case development, and post-publication analysis associated with CTB’s investments in product development, infrastructure, and capital expenditures.
Provide leadership, guidance and direction on common company and finance goals to direct staff.
Build and foster effective business partner relationships with operational and senior executive management.

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA preferred.
Ten years experience (or demonstrated proficiency) in development of budgets, forecasts, modeling and analysis for large, complex business. Relevant industry experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial organization.
Effective influencer and communicator. Experienced at presenting to high levels of management.
Ability to create complex financial models
Ability to create and present effective materials to support business decision-making process
