Design and propose complex mobile radio systems, microwave communications systems and IP or other networks.

Work closely with customers, distribution partners and sales personnel to develop customer specific solutions.

Direct, mentor, and be a resource for other systems engineers.

Provide complete proposals including requirements, overall design, cost estimates, engineering effort, and project schedules.

Must-have Qualifications:

BSEE or similar degree
7+years experience in land mobile, radio/telecommunications design or related field and at least 2 years experience in technical proposal writing

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer knowledge of RF antenna systems, two way radio systems, microwave systems, wireless data systems, data networking, IP networks or system integration.
