*Apply mechanical engineering concepts to practical design problems.

*Modify drawings and bills of materials from design enhancements.

*Establish part specifications through calculations and design layouts.

*Define, coordinate and assist in testing of products and components.

*Document efforts per company processes.

*Consult other functions to solve problems, such as manufacturing, sourcing, and field service and project management.

*Comply with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

*Travel occasionally ( Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

*2 years experience in an Engineering function.

Desired

*Proficiency in Pro/E or Autocad.

*Experience with Finite Element Analysis.

*Experience with heavy industrial equipment.

*Experience with hydraulic systems.

*Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

*Working knowledge of CAD.

*Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
