PDM, a company that is redefining the medical case management model is seeking an RN to provide field services.Will work from personal home office day traveling to physician, injured worker, and employer locations to promote optimal cost-effective medical and vocational outcomes for the industrial injured.

Requirements

Licensed RN with a minimum of 5 years clinical background. Excellent verbal/written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, computer literacy, and knowledge of occupational health or worker's compensation required. Knowledge of local medical providers needed. Candidate must be able to successfully work with claims staff, injured workers, employers, and medical providers. CCM or COHN-S/CM eligibility is preferred. PC literacy, strong organizational analytical skills, and W/C experience required. Orthopedic and home care experience a plus.
