Develop instructional materials and conduct training for the Radiation Protection Training Program. The knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences that are required for this job include the following:

1. Previous completion of a Nuclear Instructor Certification program.

2. In depth knowledge of instructional theory and design and SAT and INPO accreditation requirements.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication; good personal computer; operate various instrumentation and controls; problem solving.

4. Analyze and develop training materials; train and lead others; interface with regulatory personnel and industry peers; informal leadership skills; ability to effectively communicate with regulators.

5. 4 years experience in applied radiological protection, 3 of which must be in a nuclear plant.
