Our Interactive team focuses on leveraging the latest technologies, strategies and solutions in web, interactive, multi-media and related technologies to help clients solve marketing, communications, customer relationship marketing and business problems. If you can help drive business, create strategic marketing solutions and manage client relationships then this is the job for you. The ideal candidate must have experience working for an interactive agency in a business development and account management role and an entrepreneurial attitude.

Responsibilities and Qualifications include…

· Business Development and Management for

o Web design, development, and hosting

o Interactive marketing and multimedia offerings

o Search marketing and optimization

o Email marketing solutions

o eLearning and courseware

o Content Management

· Collaborate on analysis of client needs and goals

· Experience and understanding of Web 2.0, marketing strategy, advertising agency and consulting business

· Proven ability to drive relationships/sales independently

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

· Ability to make pitches, evangelize solutions, respond RFPs and win business

· Experienced with solution selling methodologies

· Potential to network with c-level contacts

· Drive the planning and execution of interactive marketing solutions for clients

· Manage the development of campaigns in accordance with client objectives and budget limitations

· Lead teams in marketing strategy, business analysis, creative, media and learning solutions

· Oversee team deliverables to meet client, project and campaign objectives

· Manage relationship, projects and clients in all areas

· Cross-sell other services, such as content development, design, technical (database) services, and media services

· Lead teams to develop recommendations and ideas to meet client needs

· Identifies and pursues opportunities to grow the interactive solutions business volume
